Appointment booking

After booking a service through the booking form, we will arrange the appointment via email.

Payment

A deposit is required in advance for all services and is paid via bank transfer. The invoice will be sent to you by email.

The remaining balance can be settled on the spot, either in cash or via QR code payment.

Rescheduling

Situations may arise where a client needs to reschedule (e.g., illness of the client or illness in the family). Please notify me of any changes as soon as possible, ideally 48 hours in advance.

Appointment cancellation

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your reserved appointment, it is necessary to inform me as soon as possible. If the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, I charge 50% of the paid amount.

Preparation

Please send all required information (the questionnaire that I will send you after booking the service) in a timely manner so that I can properly prepare for your consultation.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Validity

All gift vouchers are valid for 6 month from the date of purchase.

Unused vouchers

In case the voucher is not used, it will expire, as it will also in the event of loss.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
